8-week group therapy program

For individuals who have a tenuous coparenting relationship with their child's other parent and are ready to release the control that their coparent has over them.

Learn about and work on:

• Personal accountability

• Tools for change

• Understanding reactions

• Processing the pain of the past

• Letting go 

• Finding balance

Program logistics:

• Next session to be scheduled shortly. Contact me to have your e-mail added to the Detangling distribution list to be notified when the next session is scheduled.

• Weekly online small group sessions, capped at 10 participants

• Cost: $720 + HST

• Psychotherapy is covered by many extended group health benefit programs. Receipts will be provided for insurance and tax purposes.
