• Supporting individuals with ADHD and ASD, as well as parents and caregivers

• Coping with grief and bereavement, including the loss of loved ones, roles, identities, and future visions

• Navigating relational estrangement, including distance or rupture within families or close relationships

• Coping with divorce and navigating co-parenting relationships

• Addressing addiction and supporting those in relationship with individuals experiencing addiction

• Identifying patterns and cycles and creating new, healthier ways of being

• Managing life transitions, such as career changes, relationship shifts, personal growth, becoming a parent, or adapting to different stages of parenting
