Finding the Right Therapist Matters
Beginning therapy is an important step, and finding the right fit is one of the strongest predictors of a positive therapy experience.
Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, parenting concerns, separation and divorce, grief and loss, caregiving, or a major life transition, therapy provides an opportunity to better understand yourself, your relationships, and the experiences shaping your life.
I offer a complimentary 15-minute Zoom consultation to help us determine whether working together feels like a good fit for your needs, goals, and circumstances.
Your Free 15-Minute Consultation
The consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether my approach feels like the right fit for what you're looking for.
We'll discuss:
-
What is bringing you to therapy
-
Your current concerns and goals
-
Questions you may have about therapy
-
My approach and areas of focus
-
Whether I am the right fit for your needs
You can take time to meet with other therapists and to decide whether working together feels like a good fit. If we decide to move forward together, we can schedule your first appointment at the end of the call or we can coordinate by email when you're ready.
If I believe another service or professional may better meet your needs, I will do my best to help point you in the right direction.

Taking the First Step
Many people reach out to therapy because something in their life, relationships, or circumstances no longer feels sustainable.
You don't need to have everything figured out before booking a consultation.
Whether you're looking for support, clarity, understanding, or simply a place to begin, the consultation is an opportunity to explore whether working together feels like the right next step.
