Workshops

Learning Through Understanding

Workshops designed to help you better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns shaping your life.

Sometimes understanding begins in therapy.

Sometimes it begins through learning alongside others.

My workshops are designed to help individuals, parents, and families better understand the patterns, beliefs, experiences, and relationship dynamics influencing their lives.

Whether you're navigating codependency, parenting challenges, separation and divorce, or difficult family relationships, these workshops offer practical tools, meaningful reflection, and opportunities for growth.

Each workshop is grounded in the belief that greater understanding creates greater choice, that meaningful change becomes possible when we begin to see ourselves, others, and our experiences more clearly.

Three Pathways to Greater Understanding

Mind the Gap

Understanding Yourself, Others, and the Patterns Between

Many of the ways we think, feel, and relate to others are shaped by experiences, beliefs, and patterns that often operate beneath our awareness.

Mind The Gap helps participants better understand relationship patterns, people-pleasing, boundaries, emotional reactivity, and the influences that shape how they show up in relationships.

Ideal for individuals who want to develop greater self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.

Detangling

Moving Beyond Conflict and Rebuilding After Separation

Separation and divorce often leave us carrying more than legal paperwork and parenting schedules. They can leave us carrying grief, anger, resentment, confusion, and patterns that continue long after the relationship has ended.

Detangling helps participants better understand these patterns, reduce reactivity, strengthen boundaries, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

Ideal for individuals navigating separation, divorce, co-parenting challenges, and high-conflict relationships.

Beneath The Behaviour

Understanding Behaviour Through Connection

Children's behaviour makes sense when we understand what is happening beneath the surface.

Beneath the Behaviour helps parents better understand emotional regulation, attachment, neurodiversity, and the needs that often drive challenging behaviours.

Through practical tools and relationship-based strategies, parents learn how to move from confusion and reactivity toward understanding and connection.

Ideal for parents, guardians, and caregivers of children ages 3–13.

My
Approach

Understanding Creates Choice

Across all of my workshops, the focus is not on fixing people.

The focus is on helping people better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns influencing their lives.

When we better understand why we think, feel, and respond the way we do, we create opportunities to make different choices, strengthen relationships, and respond to life's challenges in new ways.

My workshops combine education, reflection, practical tools, and real-world application in a supportive and engaging environment.
