Participation Agreement Beyond Divorce Fellowship exists for individuals whose lives have been impacted by separation and divorce. We come together to share our experience, strength, and hope, reminding one another that no one has to walk this path alone. This fellowship is built on the belief that lasting change begins by turning toward ourselves with honesty, compassion, courage, and humility. Through connection and shared wisdom, we learn to accept what is, reclaim ourselves, and create what comes next. By participating in this fellowship, I commit to the following: I understand the purpose of this fellowship. Beyond Divorce Fellowship is a mutual support fellowship, not a professional service. It is not therapy, legal advice, mediation, crisis support, or a place to diagnose, analyze, or determine the motives of others. Members share their own experiences, insights, and reflections. Each person is responsible for their own journey, choices, and healing. I understand that confidentiality is essential to creating a safe and trusting fellowship. I agree that: What is shared in meetings remains within the fellowship. I will not share another participant’s story, identity, or personal information outside the meeting. I will not record meetings, take screenshots, or photograph participants. I will respect each person’s privacy and right to participate safely. I understand that online participation also requires each person to take responsibility for protecting their own privacy. I participate with respect and compassion. I recognize that every person's experience of separation and divorce is unique. I commit to: Listening with openness and compassion. Speaking from my own experience using “I” statements. Allowing each person’s story to stand on its own. Sharing my experience, strength, and hope rather than offering advice. Respecting different perspectives and paths. I keep the focus on myself. I understand this fellowship is not a place to: Determine who was right or wrong. Criticize or diagnose former partners. Seek validation for blame or resentment. Focus on changing another person's choices or behaviour. By registering for Beyond Divorce Fellowship, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to participate in alignment with these commitments.
